The International Liver Transplant Society, based in the US and Germany has the main forum, media and educational hub for liver transplant medical staff around the world, and was one of the first pioneering discussion forums on the web. It has an associated app on iPhone and Android that uses real time data gathered from the website. Fresh Systems designed and developed the website, data and accounting software driving the forum.

Written in ASP.Net and TSQL, Universe is a comprehensive front office data entry and validation system for invoices, purchase orders, expenses, sales and petty cash, integrating with SUN accounting and FnB stock control.
Linx is a leading ink jet printer manufacturer based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. Fresh Systems wrote a suite of green field reporting and data entry interfaces to Oracle Financials – these screens allowed cross product reporting for components and materials from Oracle tables, using TSQL triggers, DTS packages and Crystal Reports. Now Fresh Systems are currently developing and maintaining a suite of production line modules for ink and manufacturing.
Design and development of PDADS, an in-house digital chart recording system, responsible for transposing analog data collected during critical operating theatre procedures. Waveforms were analaysed and alerts created.Design and development of an anaesthetic database and record keeping system using optical mark readers in a cutting edge concept of patient bedside monitoring. OMR forms enabled clinicians to include an simple form to keep in the patient records. Over 200,000 patient records storing 270 data points are being used for research into pre and post operative procedures.
Fresh Systems assisted in transposing the in-house development RPM methodology to one similar to Prince 2.
